Granola Muffins

Container: Non sticking Baking tins

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 CUP REGULAR FLOUR
  • 3/4 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  • 1 TEA SPOON BAKING SODA
  • 2 TEA SPOONS OF BAKING POWDER
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1/2 CUP WALNUT PIECES
  • 1 1/2 CUP OF ORIGINAL GRANOLA* or HONEY-NUT BANANA GRANOLA
  • 3 TABLESPOONS CANOLA OIL
  • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON POWDER
  • 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
  • 1/2 CUP 2% MILK

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375degrees F. Mix the Granola with all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In an other smaller bowl mix together the milk, the eggs, Canola oil , brown sugar. When finish mixing incorporate to the large ingredients in the larger bowl until well blended. Fill each tin to about 3⁄4, Sprinkle with Granola, Honey nut Banana Granola are preferable ( adding a light taste of Banana) to the Granola muffins.. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let the granola muffins cool down. Remove from baking tins.
Enjoy your Granola muffins. * Original granola and Honey-Nut Granola can be used in equal proportion.
