Combine yoghurt with one tablespoon orange juice. Combine remaining orange juice with powdered sugar and berries in a pan and heat gently until berries break down and the blend becomes syrupy (about 10 minutes). Let the mixture cool.
Combine the Greek yoghurt (make sure it is Greek yogurt) and orange juice in a mixing bowl. To serve, layer granola, berries & yoghurt in glass bowls or parfait glasses, finishing with a layer of fruit at the top of the parfait.
You can substitute fresh fruits, keeping the fresh fruits on top of the parfait glass with a sprinkle of Granola, with layers of granola alternating between layers of yoghurt.
